Join Team Running Lab, a free training program to get you race ready for a marathon, half marathon, 10k or 5k!
Team Running Lab is a supportive training group that aims to get new and experienced runners ready for a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon! We can help you reach your distance or time goals! Training plan is 16 weeks for both the half & full marathon. Training plan is 8 weeks for the 5k & 10k.
This year's fall goal race is the Detroit Free Press/TCF Bank races on Saturday, October 17th or Sunday, October 18, 2020. (Team Running Lab registration does NOT register you for the race, race registration separate). Registration with Team Running Lab will provide you with a FREE training group consisting a detailed training plan, weekly Facebook communication, and access to a closed Facebook discussion group! OPTIONAL - A custom Team Running Lab short sleeve, gender-specific tech shirt by Brooks is available to purchase for $20.
The health and safety of our participants, employees & coaches is our first priority. At this time, hosted group runs are on hold. This will be reassessed throughout the training season as safe & allowable.
An optional informational meeting will be held Monday, June 22nd at 6:00pm via Zoom.
Training for Marathon & Half Marathon distance begins the week of June 29th!
Training for 10k/5k distance begins the week of August 24th!
