We offer a year-round, weekly Tuesday night group run/walk at the store that is open to everyone! Meet BEHIND the new store @ 409 W Main Street. Come a few minutes early to get in a warmup, find your pace group, & catch up with friends. Earn running rewards! Bring your phone to scan our QR code to check-in (available to scan before or after the run!) All paces & distances welcomed!
Join Team Running Lab, a free training program to get you race-ready for a marathon or half marathon. We even have training plans for 10k or 5k!
Team Running Lab is a supportive training group that aims to get new and experienced runners & walkers ready for a half or full marathon! We can help you reach your distance or time goals! The training plan is 16 weeks for both the half & full marathon. The training plan is 8 weeks for the 5k & 10k.
This year's fall goal race is the Detroit Free Press Marathon/Half Marathon races on Sunday, October 17th. Joining Team Running Lab will provide you with a FREE training group consisting of a detailed training plan, twice-weekly hosted group runs, weekly Facebook communication, all done via a closed Facebook discussion group! OPTIONAL - A custom Team Running Lab short sleeve, gender-specific tech shirt by Brooks is available to purchase during the season (here: https://bit.ly/3i1TPeq).
Training for Marathon & Half Marathon distance begins the week of June 28th!
