COVID-19 Return Options: During the time our store is closed here is our revised return policy. You will have two options to return products:
1. Send back the product directly to the store with a copy of the order in the box or package. Your order will be credited back as soon as we receive the product. If you want to exchange for another product, you will need to purchase the product you are wanting to exchange for, and then we will still credit you back for the old product as soon as we receive it back.
2. Wait for our store to open back up and bring the item back to return at that time for a full refund or exchange. There is no time limit on returns since we do not know when we will open again.
The customer must pay return shipping unless it was our error or a product defect. We will reimburse the order once the product has been received back at our store.
